USER MANAGEMENT
User Management enables the creation of user details and the management of the scope of access to the application and the content visible to dedicated users. This module differs from Employee Management by allowing Contingent Workforce Management. It ensures confidential handling of user data.
This module consists of 2 sub-modules:
User profile: This is where a user profile is created, personal details are entered and official details like employee number, username-password, email address etc. are generated by the HR Department.
User list: It enables the HR to view all users in a glance and add different filters to get the desired user data.
LEAVE MANAGEMENT
Leave management is one of the most important HR processes that has a high impact on project deliveries and employee morale.
ZineApp Leave Management System delivers high employee satisfaction resulting in increased productivity, less employee turnover, increased communication between co-workers and management, better work attendance and timeliness and increased attention to detail.
This module consists of 4 sub-modules:
Apply leave: A self-service interface where employees can check their leave balances and apply for leave online, check status of applied leave and view past leave history. Employees can plan their leave around the team calendar to make sure their departments are adequately staffed.
Apply work from home: Work from home today is a viable long-term option and is also proved to be more productive. This module enables employees to apply for work from home within the set boundaries and guidelines.
Leave list: Leave list is a summarized record of leave and work from home history. Employees can view the applied leave or work from home details and its approval status here.
Holiday list: An annual holiday list is one of the most important parts of a Leave Management System. It includes both public holidays and restricted holidays.
EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
Managing the employment details and important personal information of employees is done precisely under Employee management. Confidentiality of employee data is assured by this module. Access to this module is controlled by roles and privileges.

Profile: HR is given access to record all information related to employees like employment information, personal identity information, payments, bank account information, documents, account information and any additional information available in custom fields.
Employee list: It enables HR to view all users at a glance and add different filters to get the desired user data.
REPORTS
This module helps in controlling redundant data and makes decision making easy. In ZineApp, employees can view their respective leave and work from home details. HR can retrieve the required details of the selected employee using the report module.
This module consists of 4 sub-modules:
Availed leave: Employees and HR professional can view the availed leave history.
Availed work from home: It gives a summarized work from home report and the total availed count.
Balance leave: Balance leave is the accurate number of leaves remaining for each employee.
